Annual General Meeting 2011

The Executive Committee is pleased to provide details of the Annual General Meeting for 2011. As previously announced, it will be held at Lincoln College, Oxford, UK at 4:30pm on Tuesday, 12th April. All paid-up members of the Society are welcome to the Meeting and to the Annual Lecture which will immediately follow. The Society is delighted that this year's Lecturer will be Sarah Medlam, Deputy Keeper of Furniture, Textiles and Fashion at the V&A Museum, London. Her title will be: 'Estate and Precedence: the form and function of beds in medieval households.'

The AGM and Annual Lecture are planned to coincide with the Oxford Medieval Graduate Conference which will be taking place at the same venue. The Conference will be holding a wine reception and dinner after the Society's Annual Lecture which will be open only to those who have registered.
